    Effective stress management is essential to our physical, mental and emotional health. This is vital to our overall well-being. Stress is part of everyone's daily life and although we cannot avoid it, we can do a lot to reduce it.

    Stress management is about dealing with thoughts, emotions, schedules, environment and how to manage problems. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation and pleasure.
