When I was little, I spent a lot of time with my maternal grandmother. She regularly gave me cod liver oil and herbal teas with special tastes. At each change of season, I was entitled to a draining drain! Although she did not master letters, she knew the virtues of all the plants and mushrooms that nature offered around her village.
But my best memories are those spent in his kitchen; while she was preparing her potions, I imitated her by mixing a few ingredients (I was only entitled to oil, vinegar and some herbs)? These little chemist's experiments led me later to become a cook!
During my many travels and throughout my experience, was mixed with the curiosity of culinary discoveries a particular interest for the traditional medicines of the local populations.
Echoing my distant memories, the desire to open a new door and to explore new paths imposed on me, I decided in 1996 to devote myself to naturopathy.
